The core value of the application centralizes the entire contact database of the organization and allows lots of people to access and update the contacts at once, from anywhere. You can enter names in most languages, including Chinese. You can even have a western and Chinese name entered for the same contact.

Everyone can share by viewing what was sent, what was said and any coverage list. In the details section notes can be added and in the history page users can see all the releases sent and all the coverage published by the contact. This means that everyone can be an expert in public relations.
